AdiLight-1 Mini-Kit
The AdiLight-1 Mini-Kit, the second kit available, has ingredients and consumables required for the extraction of adipose-derived stem cells from a smaller portion of lipoaspirate (50 ml). The entire procedure is performed in a 60cc sterile syringe.

1. Take lipoaspirate (~50 ml) and let sit for 15 minutes.

2. Remove tumescent fluid and blood.

3. Wash with saline.

|
4. Allow to sit for 15 minutes.

|
5. Remove wash.

|
6. Add AdiStem Cell Extraction Medium.

|
7. Shake emulsion.

|
8. Allow to sit for 15 minutes.

|
9. Transfer bottom layer (containing stem cells) into sterile tubes.

|
10. Centrifuge.

|
11. Collect bottom pellet.

|
12. Add patient's platelet-derived growth factors.

|
13. Photoactivate with AdiLight-1.

|
The amount of stem cells derived is ample for the use in topical procedures such as intra-articular injection for
osteoarthritis of the knee and hip, cosmetic surgery and acne scarring, dermal injection,
stem cell enriched fat transfer, wounds and chronic ulcers.
The AdiLight-1 Mini-Kit is made in Australia and contains the necessary ingredients and consumables to process lipoaspirate and platelet-derived growth factors from the patient in a single setting.
